Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on factors such as:

Order weight and dimensions
Delivery destination
Selected shipping option

The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional carrier fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, shipping charges are non-refundable and additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
